The My Decks section is available for Premium subscribers. If you're not seeing any data there after subscribing, make sure you have one of our supported applications running while you're playing Hearthstone.
The My Decks page works differently from the My Replays page in how it refreshes data. This page will refresh periodically throughout the day instead of immediately when new Replays are imported. The simplest answer may be that you need to wait a few hours to see the data arranged in your profile. If it's been 12 hours and you're still not seeing any data in My Decks, submit a ticket to us so we can check your account.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to take, too:
- Make sure you have the latest versions of Hearthstone Deck Track or HSTracker installed on your system. An out of date client can cause the stats not to be sent to the site.
- Ensure you do not have "Exclude my data from aggregate statistics" enabled on your Account page.
Note: If you recently subscribed to Premium with Paypal, there's a chance that your account had a syncing issue. We can easily fix this on our end. Just submit a ticket, and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
